Who we are
Gaurav Industries is a proprietorship established in 2017 and run as a manufacturer by Suryabhan H. Singh. Our works is at A-379, M.I.D.C., Ram Nagar, Road No. 28, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane (West), Maharashtra 400604. The registered office is at A-103, Vishwakarma CHS Ltd., Savarkar Nagar, Thane 400606.
What we manufacture
We build pad printing machines from single-colour manual benches through to four-colour and conveyor-fed automated indexing lines, along with dedicated machines for LED bulbs, toys, pens and MCB bodies. Alongside the machines we supply the running items a pad printing line consumes: Marabu pad and screen printing inks with matching thinners, silicone and rubber pads in a range of hardness grades, cliché plates etched from your artwork, and ground ceramic ink-cup rings.
Industries we print for
MCB & Switchgear, Toys, Pens & Stationery, LED Bulbs, Automotive Components, Houseware & Plastics, Cosmetics Caps & Closures, Promotional Products. Each of these needs a different fixture, pad shape and ink, and that choice is settled before we quote.
What you get when you order
- A machine built for your part. Send us the component and the print area. The pad, the plate and the fixture are sized around it rather than around a standard build.
- Testing on your own sample component. Before dispatch the machine is run with your actual part, your artwork and the ink chosen for your substrate, so the print is signed off on the job it was ordered for.
- Installation support. We help get the machine set up and running on your floor, and set the pad, plate and ink so the line starts on a known-good print.
- Consumables and spares from the same works. Pads, inks, cliché plates and ceramic rings are supplied against your part numbers, direct from Thane, so a running line does not wait on a second vendor.
