Built and tested with your own component
Send us the part before we build. The machine is assembled, then run with your actual component, your artwork and the ink that suits your substrate, so the print is signed off on your part and not on a demo blank. Nothing leaves the works until it prints the job it was ordered for.
One supplier for machine, pad, ink, plate and ring
The machine, the silicone pad, the Marabu ink, the etched cliché plate and the ceramic ink-cup ring all come from the same works. A running line never waits on a second vendor to match a pad hardness or re-etch a plate. One purchase order, one person to call.
Single-colour manual through to full automation
The range runs from a one-colour manual bench up to conveyor-fed, multi-colour indexing lines. We match the build to the part and the run size rather than selling a standard machine and leaving you to adapt around it. As your volumes grow we build the shuttle and indexing systems to suit.
Marabu inks stocked for plastic, glass and metal
We hold Marabu 070, 429, 970 and 980 along with TPV thinner in Thane, mixed to the shade on your chart. Adhesion depends on the substrate, so the ink is chosen against the material you are actually printing — polypropylene, ABS, glass or a coated metal part.
Direct access to the works, not a dealer
You deal with the people who built your machine. Spares, pads, plates and ink go out from A-379 in Wagle Industrial Estate without a distributor in between, and you are welcome to come to the works, bring a sample and watch it printed before you order.
Configured for the industry you are printing for
MCB and switchgear bodies, toys, pen barrels, LED bulbs, automotive components and houseware each need a different fixture, pad shape and ink. We have built tooling around all of them, and the fixture is designed around your part rather than the part being forced onto a standard jig.

Gaurav Industries is a proprietorship established in 2017, working as a manufacturer from A-379 in Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane. We build pad printing machines from one colour manual benches through to conveyor-fed two colour MCB lines, and supply the Marabu inks, silicone pads, cliché plates and ceramic rings that keep them printing.
Most of our customers are factories printing on their own mouldings — switchgear bodies, toys, pen barrels, LED bulbs and automotive parts. We ask for the component before we quote, because the part decides the pad, the plate and the fixture.
