About Gaurav Industries
A proprietorship manufacturing pad printing machines and accessories from Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, since 2017.
The company
Machines, consumables and spares from one works.
Gaurav Industries was established in 2017 as a proprietorship and is registered under GST as a manufacturer. We work out of A-379 in the M.I.D.C. estate on Road No. 28, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane (West).
We build pad printing machines from single colour manual benches through to four colour shuttle machines and conveyor-fed MCB printing lines, and we supply the consumables that keep them running — Marabu pad and screen printing inks, silicone and rubber pads, steel cliché plates and ceramic ink-cup rings.
Our customers are factories, not resellers. They print on their own mouldings: MCB and switchgear bodies, toys, pen barrels, LED bulbs, automotive components, houseware, caps and closures, and promotional products. Because the component decides the pad, the plate and the fixture, we ask to see the part before we quote.

Founder
Suryabhan H. Singh
Suryabhan H. Singh founded Gaurav Industries in 2017 and runs the works at A-379. Machine selection, quotations and after-sales support all come back to the same bench where the machines are built.
How we work
From your sample component to a machine on your floor.
Understand the part and print area
We look at the component, its material, the surface being printed and how big the print has to be.
Recommend machine, pad and ink
Colour count, output per hour and part shape decide the machine, the pad hardness and the Marabu ink series.
Build, test with your sample, dispatch
Every machine is tested with your sample component before dispatch, so the first print you see is on your own part.
Spares, pads, inks and support
After installation the running items come from the same works, against your part numbers.
Our works
A-379, M.I.D.C., Wagle Industrial Estate.
Machines are assembled, wired and trial-printed here before they are packed.
